The initial catalogue is sent in batches. Later synchronisations use identifiers and fingerprints to update what changed instead of blindly recreating every item.

Update all inventory levels or only selected products from the product list. A dedicated lightweight stock flow supports batches of up to 500 items and skips unchanged quantities. Automatic stock refresh can run every five minutes when enabled.

Does SellViaApp replace Odoo?
No. Odoo remains your operational system. SellViaApp adds the mobile customer channel and exchanges useful data with it.
What product data is synchronised?
Categories, products, variants, translations, descriptions, references, barcodes, prices, taxes, units, attributes, images and stock are supported.
Can it manage a large catalogue?
Yes. Catalogue, customer and stock flows use batches, locks and change detection so repeated synchronisations remain controlled.
Can customers be synchronised both ways?
Yes. Odoo contacts can receive SellViaApp access, and contacts created in SellViaApp can be imported into Odoo with duplicate checks.
How do mobile orders reach Odoo?
A user launches the order retrieval action. Confirmed orders become draft quotations and are acknowledged only after successful creation.
Is the SellViaApp password stored in Odoo?
No. The connector uses OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization and stores a revocable scoped access token.
Can the catalogue be private?
Yes. Optional confidential mode can hide the space and limit access to approved accounts, with additional mobile security controls.
Do I also get API access?
