Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to the SellViaApp website and information about the mobile shop service. By using the site, you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
Service description
SellViaApp lets a shop or supplier offer products in a shared mobile application. Customers download SellViaApp, connect to one or more shops and switch between them. A private branded app may be delivered as a separate project.
Creation, dashboard and APIs
Automated shop creation, dashboard and API access may be governed by additional operational or contractual terms. Users are responsible for the lawfulness, quality and accuracy of data they submit.
Pricing and free trial
Account creation is free. A seven-day trial is offered with no credit card and no purchase obligation. No payment is triggered automatically when the trial ends: users freely choose whether to subscribe.
Displayed prices are €59 per month with monthly renewal or €590 per year with annual renewal, excluding applicable taxes and with no setup fee. The website does not allow direct purchases. A separate proposal or confirmation may define applicable details.
Availability
We aim to provide a fast, stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network incidents, third-party dependencies or force majeure may temporarily affect access.
Shop responsibilities
Each shop remains responsible for its products, prices, stock, content, sale terms, orders, taxes, fulfilment, customer service and regulatory compliance.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site or service to bypass security, transmit malicious code, collect data unlawfully, infringe third-party rights or offer prohibited content.
Limitation and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss or issues arising from shop-provided data. Mandatory consumer rules remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
