Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to the SellViaApp website and information about the business mobile application platform. By using the site, you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
Service description
SellViaApp lets a business choose an application type suited to its activity: online shop, case tracking, appointments and bookings, and future published modules. Users download SellViaApp, connect to authorised spaces and switch between them. A private branded app may be delivered as a separate project.
Creation, dashboard and APIs
Automated space creation, module selection, dashboard and API access may be governed by additional operational or contractual terms. Users are responsible for the lawfulness, quality and accuracy of data they submit.
Pricing and free trial
Account creation is free. A seven-day trial is offered with no credit card and no purchase obligation. No payment is triggered automatically when the trial ends: users freely choose whether to subscribe.
Applicable prices and currency are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed before payment. EUR is used when the visitor’s European location is established; otherwise, or whenever location is uncertain, USD is used. Shared-app subscriptions have no setup fee. A private branded application is a separate project starting from 1,999 EUR or USD, excluding applicable taxes and subject to a prior quote; the monthly or annual subscription remains applicable.
Availability
We aim to provide a fast, stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network incidents, third-party dependencies or force majeure may temporarily affect access.
Business responsibilities
Each business remains responsible for the content and data it publishes: products, cases, documents, services, availability, orders, jobs, bookings, taxes, customer relations and regulatory compliance.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site or service to bypass security, transmit malicious code, collect data unlawfully, infringe third-party rights or offer prohibited content.
Limitation and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss or issues arising from data supplied by a business user. Mandatory user rules remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
