Gegevens die we verzamelen
De site kan informatie verzamelen die u via het formulier: naam, e-mail, bedrijf, telefoon, voorgenomen plan en bericht. Beperkte technische gegevens kunnen voor de beveiliging worden verwerkt, waaronder gebruikersagent, tijdstempel en een onomkeerbare IP-adres-hash.
Livechat and AI assistant
The livechat processes the name, email address, language, messages and, inside the dashboard, the account identifier in order to provide and follow up support. Questions are sent to the AI provider configured by SellViaApp together with relevant extracts from our knowledge base; passwords, API keys, payment data and confidential exports must never be sent through the chat. SellViaApp retains conversations, response origin and technical usage data for continuity, security and support follow-up. An authorised adviser can take over the conversation.
Lokalisatie voor prijzen
Om de juiste abonnementsvaluta te tonen, bepaalt de server uitsluitend het globale land en continent aan de hand van het IP-adres. Eerst wordt geografische informatie van de host of het distributienetwerk gebruikt en, indien nodig, een versleutelde landopzoeking met een korte geldigheidsduur. SellViaApp bewaart alleen de land- en continentcodes gedurende twaalf uur in de sessie en slaat het IP-adres hiervoor niet op. Bij een onzekere locatie blijven de prijzen in USD.
Doelen en rechtsgrondslagen
We gebruiken deze gegevens om uw verzoek te beantwoorden, uw project voor te bereiden, het formulier te beschermen tegen misbruik en de site te beveiligen. De verwerking is gebaseerd op precontractuele stappen op uw verzoek, ons gerechtvaardigd belang in servicebeveiliging en toestemming waar nodig.
Bewaring
Commerciële verzoeken worden gehandhaafd tijdens de behandeling en gedurende maximaal drie jaar na het laatste contact, tenzij een andere wettelijke verplichting van toepassing is. De gegevens die als spam worden geïdentificeerd, mogen voor een kortere periode worden bewaard.
Begunstigden en overdrachten
Gegevens zijn alleen beschikbaar voor bevoegd personeel van SellViaApp en de nodige technische aanbieders. Wanneer een provider gegevens verwerkt buiten uw land, moeten passende waarborgen gelden voor de overdracht.
Uw rechten
Afhankelijk van het toepasselijke recht kunt u toegang, correctie, wissen, beperking, bezwaar of draagbaarheid aanvragen. E-mail info@sellviaapp.com. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij uw toezichthoudende autoriteit.
Mobiele app en verbonden bedrijven
In de app worden gegevens verwerkt voor het bedrijf waarmee u verbinding maakt. Afhankelijk van de module gaat het om profiel, catalogus en bestelling, dossier en document, interventie, afspraak of reservering. Het eigen beleid kan dit document aanvullen.
Shopify connection
When a merchant installs the Shopify connector, SellViaApp processes only the data required for the selected synchronisation: store configuration, products, collections, inventory and, when enabled by the merchant, customers and orders. Shopify passwords are never collected. Technical tokens are encrypted at rest and all transfers use HTTPS.
SellViaApp handles Shopify’s mandatory access and erasure webhooks. An access request creates an encrypted personal export that can be downloaded once and expires after seven days. Customer erasure anonymises the relevant data while preserving necessary accounting references in historical orders. Shop erasure removes Shopify-origin data, mappings and related technical logs. Synchronisation payloads are minimised; webhooks are retained for no more than 90 days, jobs for 30 days, resolved errors for 30 days, and evidence that privacy requests were processed for no more than 400 days.
Installing the connector causes no immediate charge. Every account connected through the public Shopify app selects a Shopify-managed monthly or annual subscription after explicit approval and with a 7-day trial. Catalogue, customer, channel and checkout synchronisation remain locked until Shopify confirms an active subscription.
Wix connection
When a merchant installs the Wix connector, SellViaApp processes site configuration and, depending on enabled options, the categories, products, images, prices, inventory, contacts and order references required for synchronisation. SellViaApp never collects a Wix password. Technical secrets are encrypted at rest and all transfers use HTTPS.
Wix events are signature-verified before entering an idempotent processing queue. Contact synchronisation is optional. A synchronised contact can be redacted when required. On uninstall, the connection is disabled immediately and a privacy job removes Wix-origin data, mappings and associated tokens. Technical events are retained for no more than 90 days and completed jobs for 30 days.
For a paid public app, plan selection and renewals are managed by Wix. Protected connector features remain disabled when Wix does not confirm an active plan.
